A couple of weeks ago we launched Dine Wednesdays, which celebrates the fantastic dining experiences that Hull City Centre has to offer. Presenting two courses for just £10 between 4pm and 9pm each Wednesday in October and November, the campaign has proved extremely popular with local residents and visitors alike.
Multiple venues are taking part:
We’re sure you’ll agree that’s a fantastic variety of dining styles, with everything from belly-filling burgers to exotic cuisines from around the world. All of these venues are independent eateries that put their heart and soul into every dish, so we guarantee you’ll discover something new as well as find a few old favourites on their menus.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, we highly recommend contacting your chosen venue before visiting. Aside from most of them taking bookings in advance, you can also check their individual T&Cs and ask what kind of unique safety measures they have in place. All of the venues above are going above and beyond to keep their customers and employees safe, all whilst delivering first-rate service in relaxing surroundings.
Whilst enjoying your meal with friends and loved ones, make sure to take a selfie too! Post it on social media using the hashtag #DineWednesdays and we’ll then share it with our online audience. It’s wonderful to see people joining the fun, as it helps to encourage others to support our city’s local businesses and explore Hull City Centre’s indie dining scene. It’s also the perfect opportunity to do a little shopping and pampering whilst out and about, such as having a stroll around the vibrant Fruit Market or taking in the magnificent views from the top of the K2 Tower.
Dine Wednesdays runs each Wednesday from 4pm to 9pm up to and including 25th November, so there are plenty of upcoming editions for you get involved in and fill your boots! We also love hearing about your experiences, so please do message us through social media to share your feedback.
