Hull city centre will once again play host to the University of Hull’s Graduation Ceremonies.
Occurring annually, the University’s Graduation attracts an influx of approximately 8,000 visitors all descending on the city centre. This is a great opportunity for businesses to capitalise on increased trade from hotels, café bars and the retail sector. It’s a fantastic opportunity to welcome new visitors to the city and show them what Hull has to offer as a leisure destination.
This four-day event runs Monday 11th July – Thursday 14th July 2011 with core hours 7am -5.30pm (7.30pm finish on Wednesday) at The Guildhall and Hull City Hall.
As a health and Safety measure, and as in previous years, part of Paragon Street starting at Chariot Street (next to Hull City Hall) will be closed during the following times:
