Theatre is being unleashed onto the streets of Hull this summer with an exciting programme of free and creative shows.
In August there will be a variety of awe-inspiring and wacky street theatre performances popping up throughout the city.
Expect giant puppets, massive inflatable whales, lost silent movie characters, six-metre high slinkies and even bees going to the cinema.
Councillor Dave Craker, portfolio holder for leisure and tourism, said:“The Council is committed to bringing free and exciting cultural events to the city. This creative programme of street theatre shows that as a city we are building on the success of 2017, ensuring that Hull is renowned as a place with a strong arts scene for many years to come.”
The performances will take place on the following dates:
